Guarantee Boost for Ferroli's 'Easy' Optimax HE Boilers |

| | Ferroli’s benefit-packed Optimax HE boiler now has even more to offer – a five-year guarantee and super new deals for installers. These new consumer and business benefits are the icing on the cake for a product range that has already been upgraded to make probably the most installer-friendly Band A boilers in the UK. The range includes combi, system and open vented boilers. |
Launched at H&V 07, the guarantee on Optimax HE boilers is a great value-add, giving installers a powerful new sales tool – and their customers peace of mind. The boiler must be fitted to comply with Ferroli’s recommended installation procedures, including a system flush during commissioning and completion of the Benchmark logbook at the time of installation. The guarantee is activated by the homeowner returning the guarantee card within a month of installation. A Corgi registered engineer must complete the Benchmark logbook after each annual service. | |
Ferroli Service and Technical Director Peter Binstead says: “The five year guarantee will offer installers and homeowners peace of mind. Ferroli will meet the costs of parts and labour for a Ferroli service engineer or Ferroli agent to make good any manufacture-related failure during the guarantee period – and in the shortest possible time, normally within 24–48 hours. The five year guarantee illustrates our confidence in the Optimax HE range of boilers.” |
Also announced at H&V 07, is an installer benefits package which offers significant business incentives. A five year guarantee is standard, and for regular Optimax HE installers there are excellent business support benefits. |
The Optimax HE, upgraded to make life easier for installers and engineers, is widely regarded as the UK’s best value Band A boiler. Ferroli claims it to be their easiest boiler to install, and its reliability is guaranteed. The Optimax HE range includes 38kW and 31kW combis, all-new 18kW, 25kW and 31kW system models and the new Optimax HE 18 OV completes the range with the existing Optimax 25kW traditional (or open-vented) Band A model. |
Optimax HE boilers have redesigned water, gas and electrical connections for easier access and greater piping flexibility, a built-in system filling loop and built-in automatic by-pass are standard. The optional built-in timer simply plugs in with no electrical connections necessary, and the new condensate trap connection is suitable for all sizes of plastic overflow pipe. |
The boilers are compatible with outside weather compensation sensors, and Ferroli OpenTherm room units. The Optimax HE combi is also compatible with Ferroli’s new solar heating system, which pre-heats the DHW before it enters the combi making it probably the fastest and most efficient combi water heating system. A stylish casing completes the package: 25kW and 31kW models measure just 700 x 400 x 330mm deep, while the 38kW model is just 50mm wider at 700 x 450 x 330mm. |
