RSW

RSW is a steel hot water mono-bloc pressurized boiler, with three flue passes, two in combustion chamber, used for the combustion of liquid and gaseous fuels in pressurized furnace.

- Heat output from 92 to 3.600 Kw (from heat output of 1250 kW in cylindrical execution)
- Standard design pressure 6 bar (bigger pressure design on request)
- Design temperature 110 °C
- CE Certification in accordance to Directive on appliances burning gaseous fuels (90/396 EEC), Efficiency (92/42 EEC), Low Voltage (73/23 EEC modified from the 93/68 EEC) and Electromagnetic Compatibility (89/336 EEC modified from the 93/68 EEC)
- Large furnace with wet end plate and low volumetric heating load and low polluting emission
- Careful geometries study for an optimal relation between combustion volumes and exchange surfaces of the boiler
- Tube system located in the upper boiler part to reduce the condensation risk of the combustion gasses and improve the heating exchange
- Turbolators in special shape that increase the heating exchange between water and smokes reducing the dispersed heat percentage on chimney.
- Insulation in mineral wool mattress of high density and effectiveness for very low irradiation losses outwards
- Control panel can be equipped with a climatic thermoregulation for an optimal management of the boiler-heating plant system
- Easy cleaning and completely accessibility thanks to particular design solutions
- Personalization possibility of the boiler and its components in accordance to specific customer request
