BI COMB SGM HP is a dry satured medium pressure steam boiler, at water tubes, with mobile grate, specifically designed for solid fuels, with a tube nest in accordance to the specific requirements of easy cleaning and correct combustion.

- Heat output from 930 to 5.815 Kw
- Design pressure 12 -15 bar (bigger pressure also on request)
- Steam production from 1.330 to 8.313 Kg/h
- Optimum combustion and considerable flue dust separation already inside the boiler, in accordance to current emissions standards (D.P.R. 203/88 - D.M. 05/02/98 - D.L. 05/02/97 n°22 ‘Decreto Ronchi’ - D.P.C.M. 08/03/02)
- Design, certification and checking in accordance to PED 97/23/EC standard
- Inclined mobile grate for an effective control of combustion bed thickness control, even in worse cases of softening and fusion of treated wood ashes moving them to collecting pit with mechanical extraction
- Feeding through screw mechanical furnace of our design
- Combustion chamber partially cooled and large, for a correct deferment of the combustion
- Post-combustion chamber with high turbulence, thanks to special secondary air injection system for reduced polluting emission
