My boiler has broken down, what should I do?
1) You should always contact your installer first, because the fault may not be related to the boiler
2) If your installer confirms it is a manufacturing fault, please call our service team on 0843 479 0479, ensuring you have the following to hand:
• Postcode and address of the property in question
• The manual for the boiler which contains the benchmark checklist and service record.
• Credit or debit card just to secure the booking (please note, payment will not be taken for any manufacturing boiler fault as long as your appliance is under warranty and the engineer can gain safe access to the boiler)
3) Ensure that you are available to allow the engineer to enter the property and that the engineer can gain safe and easy access to the boiler.
Our service centre is open 8am–6pm Monday to Friday; 9am-1pm Saturday. We are closed on Sundays, bank holidays, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day
Common winter boiler problems
During periods of very cold weather, we receive enquiries from customers whose boilers do not appear to be working. Sometimes this is down to the condensate discharge pipe freezing which can prevent the boiler from operating, which is not a manufacturing defect and therefore not covered under warranty. Please exercise exercise extreme caution at all times when attempting to identify and thaw a condensate pipe
