With just a few clicks it’s now possible to book a service appointment via our website instead of having to ring us and give the details over the phone. We listened to our customers and took on board that they found it frustrating when they couldn’t get through straight away, so we took action before the cold weather sets in. Now when our customers have a problem with their boiler they can rest assured that we’ve heard them and will be with them as soon as we can.
By submitting in advance the details of the type of boiler, any fault code displayed and other relevant information such as the date the boiler was last serviced, the process of booking in a convenient date for our engineer to visit is that much quicker. Now there’s no need to hang on the phone waiting for your turn because we’ll call you with the next available date when we can attend the property.
