Guarantee Registration Form

The boiler must be serviced annually to ensure its safe and efficient operation. The service may be carried out by the installer, by any other CORGI registered person or by Ferroli Ltd. Details of services carried out must be recorded in the Benchmark Logbook.

The guarantee covers all parts and labour costs for a Ferroli service engineer or Ferroli agent to repair any Ferroli boiler for manufacturing defaults only.

Either the guarantee registration card or this on-line form must be completed and returned to Ferroli Ltd within a maximum of one month from the date of installation.

Installation must be by a CORGI registered person. The Benchmark Logbook must be completed by the installer, as shown in the installation manual, at the time of installation.

The boiler must be subjected to a system flush during the commissioning in accordance with the boiler manufacturer's instructions.

Your details will be held by Ferroli Ltd to provide services, information about warranties, and other marketing purposes. We may disclose your information to our service providers and agents. We will not disclose your information to any third parties for any other reason.

Failure to comply with any of these terms and conditions will invalidate the guarantee.
