Technical Advisor
Ferroli Ltd, Branston Industrial Estate, Burton-upon-Trent
37.5 hours per week
Permanent
Salary 22k–26k depending on experience
This role involves giving technical advice to installers and engineers on all of our products. We will provide full training on our appliances. As well as technical knowledge of heating systems, good customer service skills are essential.
Duties & skills required:
• Receive calls from engineers and help resolve technical problems
• Keep up to date with products and regulations within the industry
• Keep up to date with technical issues
• Excellent customer service and fault finding skills
• Experience within the heating industry for domestic and commercial systems
• Previous technical support experience preferred but not required
