Important Information

If your boiler has a valid warranty there is no charge for an engineer’s visit if the problem is caused by a manufacturing fault.

Please note: a call-out charge of £85 will be made in any of the following circumstances:

  • The problem is found to be caused by a non-manufacturing fault
  • The engineer is unable to gain access to the property or the boiler on the agreed appointment date
  • The Benchmark log book is incomplete or unavailable*

In order for the warranty to be valid, your boiler must be serviced every 12 months after installation. Please provide details of each annual service starting with the most recent. Failure to provide this information will result in the call out being chargeable.

*The Benchmark log book must be available for the engineer to look at before working on the appliance. Failure to provide this will result in the engineer not being able to carry out the work under warranty and the call-out will be chargeable.
