Important payment information

In order to request an engineer for your Annual Service we require an authorised payment of £95.00 from a credit or debit card.

The cost of this service includes the replacement of consumable parts only and is applicable to domestic boilers. This cost is for an annual service only and we cannot be held responsible for any pre-existing faults or failure of components following an annual service. Refund Policy

If you need to cancel your appointment you will receive a full refund provided we are informed 24 hours in advance of your appointment time. A call-out charge of £95 will be retained by us for cancellations made less than a full 24 hours before the time of your appointment. If our engineer is unable to gain access to or work on the boiler on the agreed appointment date, a charge of £85 will be retained by us.
