Thank you for contacting Ferroli. In order for us to deal with your enquiry quickly and efficiently please choose one of the following options and then complete the relevant booking form.

In Warranty Breakdown

Please note:

Breakdown requests: If your request form is submitted before 1.00pm Monday-Friday you will receive a telephone call from us before 5.00pm on the same day to arrange an appointment. If the form is submitted after 1.00pm Monday-Friday we will telephone you before 1.00pm on the next working day.

Annual Service requests: During the spring and summer months demand for annual boiler servicing is very high and we cannot guarantee to contact you within a given timescale. However, please be assured that we will be in touch as soon as possible to arrange a suitable day for this to be carried out.

Our engineers work Monday-Friday during office hours. We regret we are unable to offer a timed appointment but you can request that the engineer phones you prior to arrival; this will be approximately half an hour before expected arrival at your property.
