An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Ferroli Service Team to provide service and repairs to their range of domestic and commercial boiler products. Ideally based in the North London area, covering London and the Home Counties, the Technical Service Engineer will predominately work on Ferroli products; however, it is possible that on occasion they may be required to carry out system work which will primarily be “dry” but system pumps and motorised valves may require replacement.
An extremely flexible and adaptable approach is required to ensure service delivery meets and, wherever possible, exceeds customer expectations. Within the scope of this role consideration must also be given to the significant amount of driving being undertaken during the execution of a typical working day.
Responsible for attending both breakdown and planned preventative maintenance calls to Ferroli customers. You will work mainly on an individual basis and may also be asked to provide assistance on a job requiring two persons.
• Attend both “In” and “Out” of warranty breakdown calls
• Provide annual servicing to Ferroli appliances
• Carry out fault finding to heating systems through to final repair
• Provide assistance in resolving product related issues
The successful candidate will hold Gas ACS certificates, CCN1, HTR1, CEN1 and WAT1. You will be expected to exhibit levels of communication and customer service skills whilst representing the Company on a professional level at all times. A work rota is in place which requires some Saturday working during the winter period.
Salary commensurate with experience.
